At Back Road Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products.

Apparel & Merchandise

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unused apparel items in original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, email info@takeabackroad.com with your order number.

Beverages (Water Products)

Due to health and safety regulations, beverage products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
